Mercer County Board of Developmental Disabilities Visits the Riley House

On Friday, September 27th, the Mercer County Historical Society was thrilled to host the Mercer County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Their group, nearly 40 visitors strong, enjoyed tours from staff and board members of the museum. They learned how to operate a pump organ (Director Cait Clark played for them), explored the history of the Riley family, and heard one of the museum’s phonographs play a song from over 100 years ago. Please reach out to us to schedule a tour of the Riley House museum!
