The historic Riley House has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978. However, the 128-year-old house has never had the official signage indicating the honor. Thanks to the generous donations of the Grand Lake and Celina Rotary Clubs, the heavy bronze sign denoting the building’s special status was finally ordered this year. After waiting almost 50 years, the Riley House’s sign has been installed beside the front door.
